CodeNinjas Covington is Hiring a Client Service Representative Near Renton, WA

Code Ninjas is the nation’s fastest growing kids coding franchise. In our center, kids ages 7-14 learn to code in a fun, non-intimidating way – by playing and building video games they love. Kids have blast and can’t wait to come back. Parents are thrilled as their children gain confidence and new skills including coding, math, logic, and problem-solving, as they progress from white to black belt. We are looking for an Assistant Center Director to join our team of dynamic, energetic, forward thinking minds, working toward our common goal: providing a fun and safe learning environment for children. Responsibilities include:

  • You will play a critical role on our team as the main point of contact for our customers answering questions on course information, locations, availability and how to register
  • Provide exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, SMS, and chat while effectively managing a high volume of inbound communications
  • Build and develop valuable relationships with parents by identifying their needs and resolving issues with empathy, tact and patience
  • Communicate course recommendations and cross-sell opportunities in a variety of situations including promotional offers and marketing campaigns
  • Follow up on leads, schedule tours, close deals and work with parents to define children’s learning needs.
  • Provide center tours while maintaining awareness of students currently in the center
  • Engage with children and families in the center
  • Report daily to the Center Director on progress

Sales Metrics:

Find the delicate balance between top-notch customer service and sales-driving to meet and exceed sales and sales metric goals every day. Help owners to succeed in meeting their sales goals and metrics by providing feedback. Look for opportunities to improve and grow the team’s sales skills. Drive Code Ninjas brand loyalty through being knowledgeable about all Code Ninjas loyalty programs and consistently educating customers about each program.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of sales, business operations and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with technology, Canva, Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule
  • Must be fun to work with and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented. We can't miss dates or overlook customers.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
