Software Engineer - Job Description

As a Software Engineer at CodeHS, you'll be repsonsible for helping to build and maintain the codehs.com website and related tools. Our team shares a lot of responsibilities and the role is for a generalist engineer who may work on any number of areas.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Developing new features for the CodeHS.com website
• Maintaining and making improvements to existing features
• Working with our Support team on certain escalations on technical bugs
• Managing CodeHS data and supporting data analysis
• Developing and maintaining internal tools used across the team

Qualifications

• Passionate about Computer Science education
• Excellent communicator and collaborative team member
• Computer science or related major, a plus
• Professional experience as a software engineer, a plus
• Some experience developing full stack web applications
