Job Title: Associate HRBP
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HRBP Strategist

Job Overview:
The Associate HRBP position is responsible for aligning business objectives with associates and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and associates that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The Associate HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, and its culture

Core Accountabilities:

• Assist HRBP’s in assigned client group; implement as directed
• Act as first point of contact for day to day HR inquiries; consult with HRBP’s as needed to solve
• Implement HR, talent, and high performance culture strategy and plans in partnership with HRBPs
• Implement customized business solutions in consultation with HRBPs
• Provide day to day advice to leaders and employees on routine HR policy, program, processes legislation, and employee relations matters
• Receive and assist HRBPs to investigate and solve escalated issues from People Shared Services as needed
• Participate on SME or HR Agile rapid solution Tiger Teams to ensure effective development and delivery of business unit HR solutions
• Assist HRBPs to develop and implement change management plans as needed; provide project management support
• Talent management and recruitment support as needed

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• 1-3 years experience
• Expertise in HR practices, policies, and procedures
• Strong knowledge of hiring processes
• Leave administration experience desired
• Experience handling investigations and employee relations concerns

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
• Employee relations: 1 year (Preferred)
