COCIC - Franklin County Land Bank is Hiring a Remote Program Specialist

Our organization is seeking a Program Specialist with a strong background in program and property management. The successful candidate is passionate about our organization's mission and activities and will be responsible to:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of COCIC initiatives.
  • Assist with external presentations and correspondence to customers, stakeholders, community groups, and funders
  • Enter data and assist with maintaining the COCLT program management database.
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to program requirements.
  • Conduct file reviews.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of COCLT initiatives.
  • Assist with COCLT orientation classes, homebuyer selection drawings and meeting agendas
  • Coordinate the COCLT Welcome Home Stewardship Program.
  • Coordinate the home warranty process for COCLT development projects with property team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
