• Pay for the Accounting Supervisor is  $60,000 to $65,000 annually.

What will you do as an Accounting Supervisor?

• Supervises, coordinates, and assists in the direction of certain accounting functions of the Company
•  Work with management team to ensure appropriate handling of personnel matters including hiring for open positions, evaluating performance, and taking appropriate actions in the event of under-performance.
•  Provide strategic leadership and build capability through coaching and development on the company’s overall business model, goals and objectives.
•  Perform a variety of accounting functions to include: 

o Inventory Analysis 

o Product costing

o Production accounting 

o General ledger accounting 

o Route Accounting 

o Bank reconciliations

Requirements

In the Accounting Supervisor role, we are seeking someone who is:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Able to Work in an office environment, with sustained posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time.

In the Accounting Supervisor role, we prefer candidates who have:

• CPA designation 
• Three to five years of experience in accounting.
• Three to five years supervisory experience preferred.
•  A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with emphasis in Accounting.
