About Us: We offer a full scope of occupational medicine services designed to help reduce healthcare costs, while minimizing lost work time and increasing employee productivity. To accomplish these goals, we are outcome focused and provide medical care on an urgent or appointment basis for occupational injuries and illnesses. We also design modified work and rehabilitation programs to enable injured employees to return to work as soon as possible.

We are excited to offer a full-time position for an occupational therapist at our Chula Vista location. We provide a clean, open & modern work setting where we collaborate with other rehab team members. Our rehab team consists of physical, occupational and acupuncturists. 

We strive to be the best occupational health clinic in California. We work alongside our other rehab team members, doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants within our clinic and with outside orthopedic surgeons. Our goal is to provide the best environment for our patients to return to their previous level of function quickly.

Requirements

A desirable candidate possesses the following qualities:

• Licensed occupational therapist in the state of California
• Advanced practice in hand therapy, PAMs &/or CHT is desirable
• Strong orthopedic background and experience with repetitive use injuries
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Familiar with EMR
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Excited to be a part of a growing company
