Climate Control Services, a respected and thriving company with over 50 years of experience in the HVAC industry, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Administrative Manager to join our growing team. Manage all accounting activities, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
Process payroll and monitor collections at the point of service
Collect and analyze key performance data for management
Manage company assets, such as vehicles, information systems, and communication systems
Resolve billing issues and liaise with clients
Provide general administrative support, including dispatching and scheduling technicians as needed
Complete special projects and reports as required
Education/Experience/Skills:
Secondary School Diploma
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Prior experience in HVAC (preferred)
Effective time management and organizational abilities
Professional attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated customer service skills
Ability to work independently, analyze and solve problems, and maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
