This position supports our Corporate business function and is based in Birmingham AL. The Treasury Analyst will primarily be responsible for management of the corporate wide Expense Reimbursement systems, Credit Cards, and Travel management program, as well as providing support to the Treasury department for other projects, systems, reporting and activities as required. Responsible for the leadership and management to global Treasury platform for Expense reimbursement process by recommending appropriate architecture, processes and resources, executing plan, and ongoing administration of same. Responsible for leadership to global Treasury platform to the credit card programs by recommending appropriate policies, card limits, card holders, fraud prevention polices and responses, and designing the architecture and processes by which these are efficiently managed. Responsible for corporate leadership in the effective delivery of a Travel management, manage its relationships, delivering appropriates architecture, processes and resources; recommends new services and improvements to the quality of travel arrangements. 50% Expense Reimbursement The Analyst will be responsible for all facets of the expense reimbursement processes, including its leadership, recommendations, design, architecture, development, construction, and maintenance and for all locations, which will include: o Develop and train employees company-wide on the expense reimbursement processes o Develop and lead new projects as needed o Design architecture and plan of user database to ensure integrity o Manage relationship with A/P and subsidiary A/Ps and related vendors & other elements vital to their processes o Manage relationship with Accounting and subsidiary accounting locations in keeping accurate information to ensure database integrity o Develop and maintain communication with EW associates, to ensure proper database processes & functions o Evaluate long-term potential for Invoice module at other subsidiary units o Evaluate expense reimbursement systems o Develop ad hoc reports, regular reports, and support report requests as needed 25%Credit Cards The Analyst will be responsible for all facets of the credit card processes, including its leadership, recommendations, design, architecture, development, construction, and maintenance and for all location, which will include: o Determine what company personnel need a credit card, issue, and document as required o Review and recommend employees for reprimand for card abuse o Develop and train employees company-wide on best practices o Design architecture and plan of user database to ensure integrity o Manage relationship with A/P and subsidiary A/Ps and related vendors & other elements vital to their processes o Manage relationship with Accounting and subsidiary accounting locations in keeping accurate information to ensure database integrity o Develop and maintain relationships Bank associates, to ensure proper database processes & functions. o Manage and resolve all disputes & fraudulent activity o Manage all fraudulent credit card activity as required by internal policies 10% Travel Management The Analyst will be responsible for all facets of the Travel Management program, including its leadership, recommendations, design, architecture, development, construction, and maintenance and for all locations, which will include: o Communication and enforcement of Travel policies including use of Travel management tools when applicable o Manage relationship with Travel Management Company (TMC) when applicable o Conduct reviews of TMC on regular basis to ensure efficiency and profitability goals are met 15% Other The Analyst will provide leadership and/or assist on any project as required in the support of the Treasury group. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Customer service oriented, be able to work with all levels of authority, respond well to deadlines Be an enthusiastic problem solver Enforce policies with empathy Have a general understanding of Treasury, Accounting, and Banking concepts Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent data analysis skills Ability to recognize trends and patterns, and determine possible solutions and outcomes
