Job Title: Onboarding Specialist

Compensation: $18.00 per hour, plus monthly bonus potential up to $750!

In Office - Full-Time, Monday-Friday.

SUMMARY

On behalf of CNS Cares, LLC (“CNS” or “Company”), this position is responsible for supporting the recruitment and employee experience functions in the HR Department. This position provides support for the full recruitment life cycle of candidate and supports various HR tasks while ensuring compliance with HR policies and all applicable state and federal laws. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company, have exceptional customer service, and be completely honest. Other assigned duties include: 

  1. Manages candidate life cycle from offer letter to hire. 
  2. Creates and distributes tasks and material through HRIS system. 
  3. Provides instruction to candidates on onboarding steps and assists with troubleshooting issues that arise throughout process.
  4. Assists candidates in finding locations for pre-employment testing.
  5. Manages candidate documents and adds relevant skills/events data into HRIS system for compliance tracking.
  6. Updates Recruiting Tracker daily as candidate completes onboarding tasks.
  7. Maintains regular communication with candidates throughout the entirety of the onboarding process. 
  8. Communicates and collaborates with recruiting and other departments regarding candidate progression and/or regression 
  9. Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 
  10. Maintains all personnel files in electronic format and completes audits when necessary.
  11. Supports the audit process: gathering employee information and providing timely responses.
  12. Processes HR documents and saves in the HRIS system. 
  13. Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process. 
  14. Other onboarding duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. 

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required. 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Required: At least 1 year of onboarding experience.

Preferred: Associates Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field and two (2) years of administrative experience; or equivalent education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, & MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid Driver’s License
