Description
Job Title: Director of Marketing
Salary: $70,000- $90,000 per year depending on experience
Office Location: Westminster, CO - Flexibility to work remotely, but must live in the area
Full-Time, Monday- Friday with Great benefits!
SUMMARY
On behalf of Critical Nurse Staffing, LLC (“CNS” or “Company”), this position provides complete marketing support and oversight to the entire organization. This position will perform duties such as employee management, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, web site design and implementation, search engine optimization, graphic design, and working on special projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company, have exceptional customer service, and creative output. Other assigned duties include:
- Creates and develops visual presentations and reports as requested.
- Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system(s) for all marketing plans and campaigns.
- Organizes and executes direct mail campaigns.
- Creates and executes marketing strategy for all markets.
- Drives creative control and direction of Marketing Department with approval of Executive Team.
- Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
- Acts as project manager for special projects, at the request of leadership, which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, coordinating direct mailings, creating informational material.
- Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.
- Supports the Sales, Human Resources, and Operations departments with tasks such as, outreach communication to patients and leads within an assigned region and event coordination and communication.
- Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required: Marketing Degree and five (5) years of marketing experience; or equivalent education and experience.
Preferred: Home health, or health care experience. Marketing experience in a supervisory or management role strongly preferred
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, & MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS
Valid Driver’s License
