CNM Specialist Recruitment Limited is Hiring a General Superintendent Near Jacksonville, FL

My client is a well-established, well-respected general contractor based out of Deerfield beach focussing on large construction projects in commercial, Multifamily, Education and Hospitality on the East of Florida. They are looking for a General Superintendent to initially do a $50 million, 320 unit ground-up Multifamily development in Orlando,fl. They are looking for somebody who has experience in this type of work to join their team 
The Role of the General Superintendent will involve:
  • Liaising with the client.
  • In charge of the entire project, site work, building shells, interiors, site improvements of 33 acres, managing staff.
  • Manage staff and deliver 320 multi-family units as well as the entire site package.
  • Implement Construction Documents.
  • Walk the site and manage QAQC.
  • Project Management operations are done centrally for this company so more onsite responsibility than other contractors.
  • On-site supervision of subcontractors.
  • Maintenance of project schedules.
  • Coordination with owner representative.
  • Job site safety.
  • Scheduling of required inspections.
  • Ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Quality control.
  • Ensuring all projects come in on time and within budget.
  • Other Superintendent tasks.
The Ideal General Superintendent will have:
  • Experience in ground-up construction between $30-50 million.
  • Experience of Ground-up Multifamily around 320 units as the number on site.
  • Must have experience in managing the whole $30-50 million projects.
  • Be willing to travel
  • Preferably from a wood framing background.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience as a General Superintendent.
The Benefits of the General Superintendent role:
  • $150k -200k.
