CNH Industrial is Hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor Near Burlington, IA
- Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand.
- Sets up equipment operation feed, speed and temperature.
- Follows established procedures and drives continuous improvement in the plant's manufacturing processes, including fabrication, welding, paint and/or assembly.
- Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.
- Resolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree (Candidates enrolled in a engineering degree program with co-op or internship experience will be considered.)
- 4 or more years of manufacturing experience
- 1 year of supervisory/management experience
- Associate degree
- 7 or more years of manufacturing experience
- 4 years of supervisory/management experience.
- High school diploma/GED
- 9 or more years of manufacturing experience,
- 6 years of supervisory/management experience.
