Responsibilities

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Achieve preventative and timely/accurate reactive repairs on equipment and systems (e.g. mechanical and electrical) to optimize machinery and equipment uptime.
• Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and efficiency
• Deliver timely and accurate equipment failure analysis to include both preventative and reactive maintenance activities to support internal and external customers
• Develop and maintain knowledge database of technical reports, equipment modifications and maintenance procedures to ensure business continuity and promote knowledge growth and transfer

The annual salary range for this role is $71,000-102,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing Systems, Engineering or closely related technical field of study plus 4 or more years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• or Associates degree plus 6 or more years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• or High School Diploma/GED plus 9 or more years of manufacturing maintenance experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Subject matter expertise in the upkeep of CNC machining equipment is required.
• Strongly prefer candidates familiar with world class manufacturing (WCM) or lean/continuous improvement problem solving processes. 
• Must be highly motivated and driven.
