We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our fast-growing tech SaaS company. The ideal candidate will be a driven individual who is passionate about technology and has a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize value-based selling skills to uncover clients’ existing service issues and needs, explain our value proposition, and provide alternative solutions to meet the client's needs.
- Close new logo opportunities utilizing a combination of calls, emails, meetings, and demos.
- Effectively use the CRM tool to enter/update customer information.
- Working efficiently with other departments to ensure high customer acquisition and satisfaction.
- Identify new sales opportunities and close deals.
- Respond to requests from customers for information.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Terms of Employment
This is a full-time salaried position with bonuses and benefits.
