The Proposal Analysts works as an integral part of the Sales and Customer Engagement team to ensure that requests for proposals are produced in the required formats and provides concise, compelling, customer-focused written materials that promotes service offerings. This Proposal Analyst will have a primary focus on the creation and maintenance of the content for proposals for the business unit. Responsibilities: Creating, editing, posting and maintaining proposal content for our Access & Adherence, Affordability, Program Pharmacy and Third Party Logistics divisions Develops proposals and templates to support new business opportunities by effectively translating sales strategies into detailed proposal content and by providing input into the strategic positioning of the response; responsible for the quality and accuracy of assigned proposals; facilitates and manage processes that solicit input from internal stakeholders and subject experts for project execution; collaborates with sales, marketing, legal, compliance, privacy, tax and other internal teams. Collaborates with subject matter experts, BD and sales, marketing professionals, and senior leaders to develop broad BU capability responses to commonly asked questions. Conducts research and collects responses to specific RFP questions and stores them in a database of common responses for re-use in proposals, presentations, web-based communication and other customer-facing written materials. Works on production timeline content creation in the areas of: writing and delivery, researching, editing, proof reading, designing and submission. Supports identification of new business opportunities through pipeline and market research, trend analysis, and RFPs. Works with the Associate Director of Sales Operations to establish applicable policies/standards and tracking methodologies and reporting to support new business metrics and analysis. Maintain data in Salesforce.com and provides reporting to management on activities and trends Minimum Requirements 3 years of experience in proposal management, content management, product marketing, journalism or other related roles Critical Skills Excellent Communicator. Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail, solid organizational skills and proactive project management People-savvy collaborator with the confidence to manage stakeholders Preferred Experience Healthcare industry experience, preferably within the Reimbursement, Safety, Pharmacy and/or Logistics markets Additional Knowledge and Skills Enjoy the challenge of handling shifting priorities and meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment while constantly striving for excellence Ability to act independently with sound business judgement Proficient with Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills Sales and Marketing automation system experience (e.g., Salesforce.com, Qvidian) Knowledge of company products and services Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Professional & Technical Writing, Marketing or related fields preferred.
