Summary The Product Analyst partners closely with the Product and Engineering teams to build tools and methods for measuring product performance, conducting product experiments, and supporting new feature development. Your experience drawing insights from data analysis and ability to partner cross-functionally will allow you to establish credibility across functional areas. As a Product Analyst, you’ll help build the product vision, strategy, and roadmap alongside our product organization. You will work with other analytics teams to define requirements for delivering key capabilities that provide visibility into product performance and the end-to-end patient journey. You’ll be expected to continuously improve, elevate, and evolve our analytics offerings from data modeling to visualization. Partner with product managers and key stakeholders to define, capture, and monitor key program and platform metrics, particularly in the context of product experimentation Perform value discovery, evaluate risk, experiment on new concepts, validate results – all in quick iterations Strive to strike the right balance between innovation, maintenance, and product sustainability when determining priorities Obtain an understanding of the capabilities and nuances of the data stack powering our analytics solutions Collaborate with cross-functional partners to scope new features and inform the product roadmap through analysis Advise business partners on experiment design and interpretation while upholding experimentation best practices within and across teams Work cross functionally to find ways to scale our insights through better systems and automation Analytics Tech Stack SQL, Tableau, R, Python, Alteryx About You These requirements represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform this job successfully. Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2 years of previous analytics experience; a product analytics focus is a plus Experience using SQL, Python, or R for data analysis Experience with data visualization tools to convey actionable insights to product managers and business leaders; Tableau experience a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills; you’re a natural collaborator Interest in understanding the fundamental functionality of our products and the data lineage from user interaction to the analytics environment Strong problem solver who can handle interrelated projects CoverMyMeds is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
