Description

The receptionist supports the mission & vision of the organization and works in alignment with the core values and guiding principles. He/she works cooperatively and effectively with patients, family members and co-workers. He/she is responsible for assisting team members; including but not limited to: physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), nurses, medical assistants, billing personnel, managers & administrator in various tasks to ensure office runs smoothly and patients have a positive customer experience.

Under the direction of the Administrator, the receptionist performs a wide variety of clinical & office receptionist duties in a fast paced medical office.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience working as a medical receptionist or assistant preferred
