As a CSR, you will act as a friendly liaison between our customers, sales team, partners and underwriting department. It's based on-site at our Nottingham/ White Marsh MD headquarters.
Primary Responsibilities • Positively impact the customer experience, while maintaining frequent friendly communication and providing exceptional friendly customer service to homebuyers • Maintain friendly ongoing communication with our Homebuilding staff throughout the entire loan process • Manage multiple loan files, collect and record customer information, and ensure timely processing of mortgages • Set up loan files, order all exhibits (i.e., VOE's, VOD's credit report, etc.), and follow up on submitted and pending loans. • Coordinate closing paperwork, ensure accuracy and completeness of loan files prior to passing to the closing department
Qualifications • Friendly customer service , strong oral and written communication skills • strong organization skills, attention to detail , punctual, and ability to multi-task • At least 1 year of experience processing loans, or real estate experience preferred • Working knowledge of real estate documentation, underwriting policies, compliance, and procedures would be a plus.
