Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our growing Design Team at Clutch. As a UX Designer, you’ll be a main contributor to elevating the UX Maturity of Clutch. You’ll be focused on having a positive and measurable impact on our key metrics of: Accessibility, Time on Task, Lostness and Task Completion. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute towards a platform that empowers better business decisions as the leading marketplace of B2B service providers on a global scale!
Our ideal candidate has experience working on Agile teams with an established design process and collaborative design practices, is focused on outcomes, able to self-prioritize, and passionate about delivering measurable and accessible solutions.
The Clutch Design Team is a collaborative and focused team with over 40 years of combined design experience across a diverse range of markets and products. We are responsible for handling an aggressive cadence of delivery at the highest level of design and accessibility. As a team, we produce user-centered solutions that are validated and measured before and after a solution is delivered to our users. We hold each other accountable for delivering our best work and have numerous feedback loops that we leverage in an iterative manner throughout our Design Thinking process.
