Analyze projects with potential LEED green ventures and submit comparison, estimates and competitive bids ranging in value up to $3 million. Review job specification to set up project in CMiC database and create subcontractor bid list to meet construction methods. Liaise with various parties involved in the completion of a project to oversee submittal, RFI, change order and schedules and consult with subcontractors and vendors to formulate estimates and budgets. Assess utilities, services and work plans within the quality and standard of construction from pre-construction to project close-out. Perform quantity surveys for labor, materials, equipment and crew size and undertake feasibility studies, value engineering and life cycle costing. Research revisions/solutions to problems construction methods, new designs or energy conservation projects within budgets and schedules. Manage, live construction projects and negotiate changes and adjustments to cost estimates with engineers, architects and subcontractors. Establish and maintain tendering process and implement cost monitoring and reporting systems to ensure accurate financial closeouts. Use Phoenix Scheduler and PlanGrid, to prepare the cost estimate for management and project control. Develop and manage cash flow - requisition and approval process for timely payments. Develop engineering and statistical data, drawings, ACR and other reports. Manage client relationship throughout the entire process.
