Position Description: Prepares and paints projects as scheduled for the interior and exterior of club property.
Essential Job Functions:
Requirements
Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Valid SC driver’s license required.
Experience: Three or more years of experience in the commercial trade of painter.
Skills: Ability to paint proficiently and complete painting projects within allotted time.
Supervisory Responsibilities: At times may supervise an apprentice painter.
Equipment to be used: General painting supplies, vehicle, power washer and variety of hand tools and small power tools.
Typical Physical Demands: Must be able to climb and work at a 16 foot height, carry up to 50 pounds, walk, sit, stand, bend, kneel, twist and stand on a ladder for extended periods of time. Requires ability to work in extreme temperatures. Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
