Clovernook Healthcare is seeking a part-time laundry assistant to perform laundry functions as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF Laundry Assistant:
- Maintaining cleanliness standards and following facility schedules
- Stocking needed supplies
- Wash, dry, fold, sort, & organize resident laundry
- Interact with families and visitors of our residents
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS OF Laundry Assistant:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Prior experience in laundry
- Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred
SKILLS AND QUALITIES OF Laundry Assistant: All qualified applicants should possess the following qualities:
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
- Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality and
- Patience, understanding and compassion for those requiring our care
