Activities:
· Overseeing and coordinating all operations of a branch. Duties include hiring staff and heading the onboarding and staff training process, building rapport with customers and the community, creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch.
· Custumer Service
· Helping near branch offices in administrative formalities
· Making formalities about functioning in differents dependencies
· Coordinate credit investigation
· In charge of administrative process
· Guard Company assest during the operation and administration
· Schedule activities of employees in charge
· Check and ask support to keep in good conditions the maintenance in the branch office
· Oversee reports for budgets and financial reports.
· Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.
· Work to grow business and customer acquisition.
