Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of professionals that develop and deliver advanced hardware solutions for satellite and terrestrial IP-based communications systems
• Lead multi-functional engineering teams to develop and integrate hardware, firmware, software, and network technology to satisfy customer requirements and deliverables
• Establish objectives, specifications, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and contingency plans to ensure projects are executed effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• 15 years of experience with a background in hardware development (digital, microprocessors, DSP/FPGA, RF, antenna, and electronic packaging technologies)
• 5 years leading cross functional engineering teams in design and development projects with internal and external customer deliverables
