We help our clients implement Salesforce from the ground up by building custom solutions and applications using Salesforce technologies. We help our customers identify strategies and plans for growing their business with the Salesforce platform.

Role Overview

The Consulting Analyst role is a vital team member who serves our customers and collaborates with other Cloud Giants team members to successfully deliver technology solutions. This role requires a variety of skills and work on simultaneous projects. In this full-time role, you will learn how to analyze a customer's business and build solutions in Salesforce.com alongside a team of expert Salesforce consultants. You will learn the basics of the Salesforce.com platform and work within a consulting team to complete org configurations for our clientele. In this position, you will gain valuable experience to prepare you for a career in business consulting and Salesforce development.

The ideal candidate comes to Cloud Giants with an understanding of how businesses work and the value technology can bring to an organization. They have direct experience in most of the following:

• Prior internship or work experience in a professional setting
• Data intensive spreadsheets
• Helping someone solve a problem with a creative technology solution
• Presenting information to a large audience in person and virtually
• Leading a team with a competitive drive
• Learning and mastered a new skill in a short amount of time
• Breaking down a large, complex project into smaller parts to achieve a goal

Job Responsibilities

You will participate as a member of a project team who will deliver projects to completion. You will:

• Plan and engage in client meetings
• Document information into usable documents, spreadsheets, presentations or diagrams
• Identify, design and implement technology solutions with Salesforce
• Test those solutions to ensure they meet requirements
• Deploy releases to production environments
• Train users on new functionality
• Learn new skills, obtain trailhead badges and certifications
• Seek out feedback from your peers and customers for your professional growth
• Participate and lead internal efforts to grow and improve our consulting business
