Clo Virtual Fashion Inc. is Hiring a Contract Manager Near Los Angeles, CA

Exciting opportunity to join a growing in-house Legal Team for a global company pioneering 3Dgarment simulation technology in the apparel and Animation/Movie/Gaming industries.


The Legal Team of CLO Virtual Fashion is a tightly knit group spanning from the Americas to Asia. As a dynamic and fast-growing company, we are looking for someone with strong writing and interpersonal skills, an eager desire to learn, and a proven ability to adapt.


Law degree and/or paralegal experience are helpful, but not required. Exceptional college grads may be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and/or process contracts ranging from Software License Agreements, Employment Contracts, NDAs, to Third Party Service Agreements
  • Conduct research and analysis on legal implications of business operations
  • Perform other legal and/or administrative tasks as necessary
  • Support client communications
  • Contract management via DocuSign 
  • Support an international legal team consisting of in house counsel with daily tasks


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Law Degree preferred
  • 0~3 years of work experience
  • Team oriented
  • Accurate proofreader
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective communicator


Plus if you have
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, German, and/or Korean
  • Genuine interest in technology startups, Intellectual Property, and Cross-Border Business
