Our small animal & exotic practice is currently accepting applications for a veterinary receptionist. Experience in the veterinary field is preferred, but all applicants will be considered. A few of the responsibilities include: scheduling appointments, scanning documents, updating charts, contacting clients, processing payments, and assisting the doctor or technician when needed. Excellent communication skills, computer knowledge, typing skills, and the ability to handle multiple phone lines are a must!
