About the Opportunity
The Recruiter role will manage full-cycle recruitment efforts along with the other members of the Human Resources team. This role will have significant impact on the Clinton Foundation’s hiring goals. This opportunity requires an individual with recruitment experience who is service oriented, very organized and has strong attention to detail to run multiple high-volume searches at once. This individual must also have a strong commitment to and understanding of the importance of diversity, equity & inclusion in the hiring process. The role will report to, and collaborate with, the HR Business Partner who also manages recruitment across the Foundation.
The Clinton Foundation’s Human Resources team is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive employee experience from the moment you apply for a job, to your new hire orientations and benefits set up, through helping you grow as a professional. HR team members partner with programmatic colleagues to create diverse staffing plans, consult on organizational structure and provide training that meets the needs of our diverse colleagues. This is a full-time (40 hour per week) opportunity, and we are open to remote employees in the continental United States.

Compensation & Benefits
Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $67 - 72K annually, depending on the experience you bring. This range is based on NYC market rates and may be adjusted if you will be working remotely.
