As Outpatient Practice Manager this person will report directly to the Director of Clinic Operations. Supporting the Manager will be a Clinic supervisor to be available for any extra assistance needed throughout the clinics. The Manager will work closely with Physicians and staff within the clinic to oversee proper scheduling and assure the clinic is functioning properly and is delivering exceptional patient care daily. 

The Practice Manager will oversee the day-to-day functions of the clinic and manage the daily activities, administrative and operational functions. As Manager, this person will act as the liaison between clinic staff, medical staff, patients, and executive administration in order to guarantee the success of the clinic. The Manager will support the clinic director in recruiting, directing, and evaluating the clinic support staff and will also develop and oversee the required training for clinic employees. Overall, the Practice Manager will play a vital role in ensuring policies and procedures are being followed and the clinic runs smoothly to provide optimal patient care daily.
