The Hospital Revenue Cycle System Analyst will be a part of a cohesive, positive-spirited, and friendly team of non-clinical support staff. The Hospital Revenue Cycle System Analyst will be knowledgeable in physician and hospital billing revenue cycles and mentored by the well-tenured and educated Director of Revenue Cycle. Collaboration and regular communication with the Chief Financial Officer and fellow Revenue Cycle System Analysts is a part of this position and having strong communication skills is necessary.

The Hospital Revenue Cycle System Analyst will be responsible for the following:

• Using data analytics to provide oversight and support for Revenue Cycle integrity and daily work flow processes.

• Assuring all established billing, systems, and process requirements have been met.

• Ensuring timely and optimal reimbursement.

• Improving Revenue Cycle production and efficiency through analyzing key performance indicator data.

• Recommending changes that create positive impact for the Revenue Cycle and assist in the hospital operate at industry benchmarks.

The Hospital Revenue Cycle System Analyst with previous experience in vendor management and 10-key by touch will be responsible for other responsibilities as designated by upper management. The Hospital Revenue Cycle System Analyst will be working with other analysts to ensure the hospital reaches goals and stays within certain benchmarks.
