What You’ll do:

• Support USA ticketing 

• Support USA Field Marking

• Read and interpret utility maps / prints to identify the type and size of underground utilities (KMZ &Autocad)

• Operate different electronic detection equipment, to locate and mark under-ground facilities within prescribed accuracy limit

• Perform light excavation with a shovel, to expose buried utilities when necessary

• Proficient in the use of hand tools and equipment. (shovels, screw drivers, wrenches, and ped keys etc.)

• Inspect Aerial and Underground Fiber Infrastructure as needed

• Other job duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring: 

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)

• AutoCAD/Google Maps/KMZ Experience

• Valid CA Driver's License

• Computer Skills

• Utility Marking Experience (preferred)

• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance

• Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
