Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven thinker to provide demand-focused insight for a brand new division that will be covering the U.S supporting a new retail/product organization.

This role will be onsite/in the office Monday- Friday in Englewood, CO (no remote options) and will be a contract-to-hire (or direct hire based on candidate and organization preference).

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to develop a demand plan for new lines of business that accurately forecasts SKU needs based on previous trends, future promotions, price changes, and environmental changes within the marketplace. In this role, you will:

• Own the inputs/outputs, accuracy, and communication associated with the forecast of your assigned SKUs;
• Work with the supply planning team to incorporate your demand plan into the purchase plans for the company;
• Develop tracking tools to analyze forecast accuracy;
• Partner with Supply Planning and Marketing teams to analyze potential promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university (or equivalent education and experience);
• Two or more years of business, supply chain, forecasting, or inventory planning experience;
• Proficiency with relevant office applications (e.g. Google Suite including Sheets, Slides and Docs, as well as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint);
• Experience in retail and communications preferred;
• Solid understanding of demand planning systems, preferred.

Additional Information

This contract-to-hire (or direct hire depending on candidate and organization preference) will be located in Englewood, CO. This role will be performed onsite/ in the office Monday-Friday (there are no remote options).
