Hiring Experienced Heavy Equipment Field Service Technicians for our McCoy Construction and Forestry Dealership in Nashville, TN Heavy Equipment Field Service Technicians are responsible for repairing and maintaining electric, diesel and gasoline industrial, heavy duty construction and forestry equipment. Join our team as a Field Service Technician - Heavy Equipment: Paid time off: 80 hours in the first year Monday–Friday, flexible schedule (can vary) Overtime after 40 hours Medical, Dental, Vision, Short- and Long-Term Disability insurance 401K with employer match $50,000 company-paid Life Insurance policy Uniforms and free laundry service provided Work boot program Prescription safety glasses program Up to $1,000 Tool allowance Friendly work environment Field Service Technician Requirements: 2-3 years construction and forestry heavy duty diesel equipment experience required Ability to make major and minor repairs on construction and forestry equipment: engine repairs and tune ups, fuel systems, electrical systems, transmission work, cooling systems, chassis repairs, brake work, etc. Perform regular and preventative maintenance including inspections, oil changes, etc. Perform diagnostic tests Maintain accurate records of repairs performed Work on customers equipment on the road or in the field McCoy Group is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
