WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ClickDimensions Territory Channel Manager (TCM) role is a channel management position responsible for building relationships with system integrators and value-added resellers in their assigned region. Duties of the TCM include:

  • Working up and down the reseller organization, identify and manage relationships with up to 60 resellers of varying size including delivery of ClickDimension’s value proposition and channel program, creation of strategic and GTM plans, training, and creation of pipeline that is adequate for the company to hit its revenue targets.
  • Work very closely with Martech Solutions Specialist to help them gain access to sales and consultant level contacts inside the reseller as to maximize closed business
  • Hit all sales and pipeline creation goals.
  • Keep CRM current for all deals and generate accurate forecasts for in month and in quarter sales.
  • Travel extensively across defined territory to meet face to face with resellers, customers and attend various trades shows.

WHAT YOU BRING TO CLICKDIMENSIONS

  • 4 or more years of experience managing Channel Partners including system integrators and value-added resellers for a subscription based or SaaS software company.
  • Verifiable record of on target sales performance
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with mid-level to senior marketing executives in small and medium sized companies
  • Track record of disciplined use of CRM
  • Ability to travel extensively across the defined territory as needed
  • Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
  • High energy “can do” attitude, with a self-starter dynamic
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • While not required, preference will be given to those with:
    • Familiarity with the Microsoft reseller and partner channel
    • Experience with marketing automation technology/software

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

“Day in the Life”

On any given day the TCM will:

  • Meet face to face with executive and staff level contacts in the resellers they manage to review strategy and tactics to generate more mutually beneficial pipeline and sales for ClickDimensions.
  • Communicating with the Martech Solutions Specialist to discuss various opportunities and the best way to leverage the channel to get them closed.
  • Communicating with management on progress in growing channel relationships and creating pipeline.
  • Updating CRM with new pipeline deals created out of channel relationships.

Travel

In order to build deep personal relationships with channel partners, the TCM role does involve extensive face to face meetings with partners through both Teams and in-person. Depending on the size of the territory covered, this could involve little or extensive overnight travel.

Compensation

The TCM role will be compensated on a mix of base salary and sales commission in accordance with their experience level. There is no cap placed on the earnings of the TCM.
