About the Role

We're looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager with a successful track record spearheading Go-To-Market strategy for products in the mortgage or real estate space.

In this role, you will partner closely with Clever's Enterprise Sales Team, accelerating deal cycles with Mortgage Partners who want to use Clever's Platform to match their borrowers with real estate agents from Clever's vetted Agent Network.

Our Agent Matching Service is the only product in the mortgage space that can drive immediate revenue growth for lenders, with zero cost to deploy. Lenders on our platform see an almost immediate 25% lift in "lead-to-loan" conversion rates and greater visibility into the buyer journey — all with no fees.

As Integrated Marketing Manager, you will create and execute strategies for the full lifecycle of a partnership: webinars, events, and marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and capture qualified leads; collateral, pitch decks and proposals to help close deals; operational diagrams and educational resources to help align sales teams and drive successful adoption of Clever's product within the partner's organization; and content for customer-facing drip marketing campaigns.

As a Integrated Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Create compelling messaging and brand positioning, with a clear understanding of Clever's customer use cases, customer personae, and the core components/value propositions of Clever's service
  • Develop and design fresh content including collateral, social media assets, thought leadership and technical presentations, website content, videos, and more to accelerate the buyer’s journey
  • Develop tools and training to support the full sales cycle, including sales training, technical content, and playbooks for sales meetings and conferences
  • Relentlessly prioritize and re-prioritize the highest-impact projects in a business channel experiencing hyper-growth
  • Provide in-deal support to sales team, helping account executives strategize and communicate their proposals
  • Partner closely with Executives and senior Sales Leaders to understand sales goals, and prioritize the biggest risks and opportunities
  • Develop monthly and quarterly strategic plans, defining the marketing strategies that can have the greatest impact on team goals, and driving strategic conversations about where to invest marketing resources

You could be an ideal fit for this role if you have:

  • 4 years of experience in marketing or brand marketing, developing collateral for a wide range of different media and platforms
  • 2 years of experience in mortgage and/or fintech, with strong understanding of mortgage origination processes, metrics and business models
  • 1 years of marketing experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, and/or CRM Marketing
  • A marketing portfolio of produced marketing work
  • Experience enabling an enterprise sales team to hit goals, rapidly responding to sales needs and pain points
  • Experience developing strategic plans and managing a marketing budget
  • A measurable track record of driving growth and using creative marketing strategies to exceed goals
  • Proven ability to adapt and succeed in high-growth and fast-changing startup environments

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75k- $120k total cash comp dependent on experience, with ~10% of compensation as an on-target bonus tied to company and individual performance.
