Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist

Summary:
Cleveland Construction is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. We are looking for an individual with 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience or a combination of work experience and education.

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of business office operations-filing and administrative clerical operations
  • Proficient in Windows work environment and computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with employees and the public, to main confidentiality in daily operations, and to conduct daily duties in professional appearance and manner
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Strong knowledge base with LinkedIn and/or other recruitment platforms and the ability to Cold Call talent with a headhunter mentality
  • Ability to handle high volume and the ability to work independently
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand the individual needs and communicate at an appropriate level with executive management
  • Coordination with existing leadership
  • Ability to function as part of a collaborative team with existing HR/ Talent Acquisition team members based in Ohio, Florida, and Charlotte.
  • Participate with career fairs and contribute to our established internship program
  • Ability to deal with programs that may arise in day-to-day operations and prioritize tasks
  • Proven track record of success
  • Construction knowledge a plus but is not required

Qualifications:

  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and hard-working
  • Must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
