As our Recruiter, you'll find, screen, interview, and hire qualified construction professionals with support from our Senior Recruiter and company executives throughout multiple offices. You will serve full-time as a talent acquisition team member at our Charlotte, North Carolina office.
Every day, you will work independently searching and interviewing potential candidates for a wide variety of roles, focusing on Construction Managers to Field Superintendents. You will then make recommendations to company executives and hiring managers on qualified candidates to interview and hire.
To thrive in this role, you must have experience in full-cycle recruitment, handling search, sourcing, cold calling, and successfully hiring candidates. No construction experience is necessary to apply. We'll teach you all the construction terms and requirements to recruit successfully.
Your Responsibilities as Recruiter:
This position reports to our Charlotte, North Carolina office during a standard work week. This is a salaried, permanent role with full benefits; no commission structure as part of compensation.
