Overview of the Position
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Business Development Manager to help us build up our business activities in the Permian Basin. You will be responsible for managing revenue, administrative duties, lead generation, prospecting requirements, and expanding our customer base through new customer acquisitions.
Key Activities for Your Success
- Develop and cultivate strong customer relationships.
- Develop and drive profitable sales growth targets in the assigned portfolio.
- Manage customers and sales activity in their respective geographical area
- New lead generation and be comfortable cold calling customer base as needed
- Drive agreements and administrative structures that create field sales.
- Customer relationship building, developing positive relationships, and handling customer needs
- Provide guidance, direction, and leads to field sales staff.
