The IT Business Analyst is an experienced professional that will focus on optimizing the use of software investments, analyzing data to facilitate decisions and assist in providing strategic solutions. Using fact-based analysis, the IT Business Analyst II will interact with the business unit to gather, propose and document requirements as related to potential enhancements. Recommends enhancements to existing processes to allow the system to meet the planned future goals of the business. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and will serve as the liaison between the business and IT to understand future goals and objectives and maintain context in order to achieve strategic visions. Keep business partners informed of problems, issues, and resolutions Qualifications Required Education, Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field.
