As a leader in this space, Clearwave has a significant new opportunity for the right candidate to continue building on the future of the organization in support of our Sales process and the demonstration of our products in the role of Senior Sales Engineer.

Under the direction of the Director of Solution Engineering, the Senior Sales Engineer will contribute to the presentation and demonstration of Clearwave solutions within a Pre-Sales and Post-Sales role. This position will impact the overall success of the Sales organization leading to new bookings and expansion opportunities within our strategic accounts and client base. The Senior Sales Engineer will help manage the sales team content necessary within each deal as they review the client’s current state and present their future state.

Sales Engineers will be exposed to all areas of Sales, Product, and Marketing and will provide their feedback from prospect conversations to Clearwave to continue to help us expand and implement our best-in-class solutions. This is a high visibility role with access to all areas of the company to help lead prospects and clients to Clearwave as their solution of choice for all things Patient Engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead solution demonstrations of Clearwave products to prospects and clients, citing specific knowledge from Sales team due diligence and product impact to their business
  • Lead technical conversations related to interface offerings, workflow options, and security guidelines
  • Assist Regional Sales team and Strategic Accounts team with the Due Diligence process review of the current state demonstrating good judgment of proper solution fit
  • Assist Regional Sales team with Strategic Accounts team with Sales Collateral such as interface guides, workflow outlines, and previews of the future state
  • Document and present custom workflow solutions on behalf of prospects with relation to their needs to the business in weekly meetings and seeing to their sign-off prior to signature
  • Document and maintain any net new documentation as needed within the Clearwave Knowledge base
  • Manage Clearwave talk tracks and certification guidelines for on-boarding and demonstration guides for Account Executives
  • Manage internal team tools for use and maintenance on a routine basis by the Sales Engineering team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent years’ experience in a healthcare or healthcare software environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and solution mindset with the ability to find opportunity in non-standard asks
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to recall wide subsets of knowledge on a routine basis
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills with strong follow-up diligence
  • Knowledge of healthcare administration and revenue cycle processes
  • Product experience with browser-based and mobile applications
  • Background knowledge of integration healthcare standards such as FHIR APIs and HL7 is a plus
  • Background knowledge of Javascript, SQL, Cloud Architecture, and Security Standards is a plus
  • Proficiency in the use of computer programs for:
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Teams, etc.)
  • CRM Experience (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
  • LucidChart or other equivalent workflow management solution
  • Task Management software such as Monday.com, Airtable, Asana, etc.
