SIGN ON BONUS $2500.00 (For Full-time Employment)
We are seeking to hire Full-time and PRN Physical Therapists (PT) for our Home Health Care Agency.
The service location in North Ridgeville, Ohio
Flexible schedule (you make your own).
Duties:
- Functions under physician's orders.
- Provides and directs physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation, and completes related documentation and communication.
- Licensed Physical Therapist from an accredited program with qualifications required to manage and supervise PTA.
- Clinical experience in home health or rehabilitative setting with a broad scope of PT skills in orthopedic, neurological, and pain management disorders.
- CPR Certified.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance (offered).
- Paid Time Off (PTO).
- 401K (offered).
- Paid Mileage.
