The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct oversight and management of a team of project managers responsible for meeting our client’s production goals. The Field Manager will establish and implement operational policies and procedures to achieve production and energy savings goals for our utility clients and their customers. The Field Manager’s primary responsibilities include monitoring progress and working across functional teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of in-home services meet program guidelines, technical standards, training, QA/QC, and the highest-level customer service. Additional responsibilities include creating reports, flowcharts, and presentations; presenting operational updates to clients, partners, and internal staff; managing partner relationships; problem solving; resolving customer issues; and developing new processes to streamline operations and gain efficiencies. Develop, implement, and monitor program standards to meet client goals and ensure the quality of services delivered. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Adapt and overcome environmental factors impacting production Develop tracking tools and ensure tracking of program performance data for program analysis and reporting. Develop and manage department operational budget for production schedule. Develop and foster client, contractor, and community relationships to ensure program services and response goals are met and to promote services to customers and contractors. Identify training opportunities for team and provide training. In this exciting career opportunity, you will have… BS/BA or equivalent business experience 8-10 years’ experience in utility based residential energy efficiency programs Building Performance Institute (BPI) certification. Extensive knowledge of residential building science concepts and performance auditing and testing procedures Five or more years of demonstrated people management and leadership experience Exemplary customer service, oral and written communication, and presentation skills Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills Strong ability to handle competing priorities Ability to train and motivate staff to build an effective team Ability to effectively communicate technical and programmatic concepts to staff in both classroom and field settings Proficiency in computer skills (i.e.: Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet) Additional Job Description Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
