The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct oversight and management of a team of project managers responsible for meeting our client’s production goals. The Field Manager will establish and implement operational policies and procedures to achieve production and energy savings goals for our utility clients and their customers. The Field Manager’s primary responsibilities include monitoring progress and working across functional teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of in-home services meet program guidelines, technical standards, training, QA/QC, and the highest-level customer service. Additional responsibilities include creating reports, flowcharts, and presentations; presenting operational updates to clients, partners, and internal staff; managing partner relationships; problem solving; resolving customer issues; and developing new processes to streamline operations and gain efficiencies. In this exciting career opportunity, you will have… BS/BA or equivalent business experience 8-10 years’ experience in utility based residential energy efficiency programs Building Performance Institute (BPI) certification.
