• Support the alignment of processes and technology utilized by client to perform mission related activities.
•  Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes.
• Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and tasking.
• Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals.

• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation and polygraph
• An active and current Top Secret - SCI/CI Poly required
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
• Experience with using centralized and peripheral databases and records management systems and generating tailored metrics reports on performance and usage
• Experience with organizing data, establishing file structures, and ensuring information is captured and stored in locations accessible to authorized users
• Experience posting, editing, distributing, and maintaining appropriate content on classified and unclassified websites and portals
• Experience with working in a headquarters environment in support of senior government personnel
• Experience in the intelligence community
• Possession of excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• HS Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience with admin support or Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience with knowledge management
