The Clean Team is a 20 year old commercial janitorial company that serves clients in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and western NY. We have a proven track record of success as we take pride in our work, strive to meet & exceed our client's expectations and has consistently grown-expanded throughout our history.

We are searching for an Area Manager to be responsible for the daily operations in the assigned area. You'll be tasked with training and leading a team of supervisors and cleaning associates, ensuring the team provides excellent quality services, identity key areas for improvement, and to lead by example....develop a successful team! In addition, you'll be responsible for controlling labor and supply costs, deliver product and to ensure all accounts our sufficiently stocked along with successfully managing time by effectively prioritizing tasks and agenda.

Qualifications

• Successful track-record of training, developing and managing of a team - preferably within the cleaning industry
• Excellent communication skills that ensure successful team & client development
• Experienced at strategic planning to meet project & task deadlines
• A results-oriented mindset, focused on successful "results", able to make quality decisions and provide solutions.
• Second shift evening schedule - Starting at 4pm Monday thru Friday
