Classdojo is Hiring a Remote People Operations Coordinator

As a member of our People Operations Team, you’ll be working on our tech, processes, and data to optimize team efficiency. You will be a foundational member of our People Ops team, enabling us to deliver great experiences for our team members.

What you’ll do:

30 days

  • Set up and onboard all contractors in Rippling
  • Assist with set up of time and attendance in Rippling
  • Set up the leave management process for team members
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding workflows in Rippling

60 days

  • Assist with audit of team member documentation in Rippling (eg. offer letter, CIIAA, background check, I9, W4)
  • Assist with set up of Pulse (i.e., team survey) module in Rippling
  • Help with setting up dashboards and monthly reports in Rippling

90 days

  • Assist with revamping/overhaul of HR Notion page

Ongoing

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests (e.g., payroll, benefits, leave requests, etc.)
  • Maintain both digital copies of team members records
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks as needed (e.g., ordering IT, provisioning apps, adding them to onboarding sessions, etc.)
  • Assist with scheduling of HR meetings and offsites
  • Assist with pulling and analyzing data reports as needed
  • Continuously improve our People Operations in partnership with the broader People Team

  • Agile - You are comfortable moving quickly and quick to adapt to business needs. Able to pivot on a dime when needed
  • A strong verbal and written communicator  - You have clear, concise written verbal communication skills. You believe in strong documentation.
  • Organized - You are highly organized and help to keep the rest of the team on track
  • Tech Savvy - You are comfortable with working with HR related systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, performance management, etc.)
