Job description:

We are searching for a motivated Financial Analyst who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills. With minimal supervision and substantial latitude for independent judgement and discretion, the Financial Analyst position oversees all aspects of accounting, including accounts receivable management, collections, data entry, cash processing, Payroll processing, recording transactions, and assisting in fact-checking. You should be thorough, accurate, and honest with good bookkeeping skills.

Additional Job Responsibilities

· Oversee the credit and collections functions, including decision-making, with enough proficiency to support the company’s service and the sales objectives. 

· Manage internal and external customers regarding: general accounting procedures, use of a business system, and customer and vendor transactions.

· Manage the A/R process: create client invoices, account for revenue misses, process EFT files.

· Prepare weekly AP reports and other AP meeting documentation as directed by management

· Work closely with external auditors on yearend financial audits.

Requirements

Requirements:

· Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 4-year Accounting/Finance Degree

· Experience: minimum of five (5) years in a professional environment with financial responsibility 

· Preferred skills/knowledge: journal entries, general ledger analysis, financial statement analysis, bank reconciliations with multiple, linked, bank accounts

· Travel: Minimal travel to attend training or company meetings may be required.
