Clae Solutions, authorized retailer for iSolar USA, the leading Community Solar provider in the USA is opening a location in Missouri and we are hiring a Customer Service Representative - Team Manager!
Community Solar is a growing industry that provides customers solar energy access and guaranteed discounts without the need for individual solar panels on the home just by subscribing for CREDITS from a local solar farm! Not only does it save money, but a utility customer simply choosing a solar farm is the equivalent of taking a truck off the road every year!

Lead a team of 5-10 Representatives
Achieve individual standards and sales quotas
Residential canvassing for the Community Solar Program
Inform homeowners about the benefits of solar
Effectively utilize electronic tools and applications provided
Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership
Daily reporting and data input
Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Desire to be Successful
Great Work Ethic
Prior outside sales experience required, minimum 1 year
Valid driver's license
Ability to meet the required daily prospect visits
Self-motivated personality
Ability to work autonomously and patiently with new hires
