Using excellent organizational and phone/ email skills, the Customer Service Representative I will provide extraordinary service to the customer as well as support to the department.

What you’ll do:

  • Incoming customer calls, assigned support items, emailed, and faxed requests.
  • Incoming/ outgoing mail review and distribution.
  • Provide support to Office Manager and SVP as needed.
  • Contact customers in accordance with requests from Asset Management.
  • Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures.
  • Some knowledge and/ or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts. Some knowledge of industry practices and standards.
  • Miscellaneous department projects as needed.
  • Coordinates information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

  • High School diploma required
  • Experience in banking and/or financial call center preferred
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Notary license a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-faced environment effectively prioritizing between multiple systems and priorities
  • Demonstrates self-direction and self-motivation meeting deadlines and with minimal direction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, interpret documents and understand procedures
  • Strong sense of urgency with quick turnaround times
  • Strong, independent decision-making ability
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Manage multiple priorities and time effectively
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
