IDEAL CANDIDATES FOR RESORT ENGINEER II
We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.
This is Regular Full Time position for our Day shift.
As a General Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for:
• Repairing and cosmetic enhancements of cabinetry, furniture, walls and flooring
• Hanging of doors, windows and wallpaper
• Making mirror repairs to ceilings and walls
• Troubleshooting HVAC unit, change filters, empty and clean lines and pans, test thermostats, reset units
• Responding to guest issues with a courteous and professional manner
• Troubleshooting toilets, faucets and shower plumbing
• Re-lamping any/all property lighting with correct lamp’s as needed
• Performing proper lifting protocols and adhere to all safety/security protocols including MSDS
Requirements
· One to two years’ experience as General Maintenance Engineer
· Previous hotel/resort experience preferred
· Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays
· Must have reliable transportation
· Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
· Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
