City Volkswagen of Highland has an immediate opening for an Automotive Service Manager. City Auto Group is the fastest growing, privately held dealer group in the Midwest, having acquired five stores in just over 2 years. We are a first-generation dealer group who sees this business through a vastly different lens than others in the industry.

We are looking for an energetic, positive candidate who is excited to be a part of a dynamic team. With your can-do attitude, you will work closely with your team to deliver an excellent customer experience, while maximizing profitability as a Service Manager. If you are detail oriented, charismatic and like to make a positive impact on those around you, we’d like to talk to you! We would prefer a candidate with automotive fixed operations experience who is also willing to learn and grow…and personal integrity is a must. Must be familiar with CDK or other Auto DMS, reading manufacturer data, setting goals, tracking expenses and hours, and a natural leader/trainer. Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
